It's so hard to believe that our indoor air is actually 2-5x more polluted than the air outside the home. It shocked me to think that a space where I should feel the safest, could be harming me because of what I was bringing into it.

The doctor told us that it was just eczema and to apply lotion to his skin often. But, I couldn't help but notice that the spots that were most aggravated were the parts of his skin that were laying on his crib sheet. I didn't see the correlation at first.
