I knew that I wanted more for my life.  That I had this divine calling - asking me to dream bigger and to live and love full out.  I felt this pull.  This urge to do something different then what was expected of me.  When dōTERRA came into my life, I knew very quickly that it was the right thing for me & my family.  The products busted into my life like a whirlwind where I knew I needed to completely immerse myself into the world of natural health and overhaul my family's cupboards and our entire lifestyle.  I wanted to collect the oils as fast as possible so that I would have access to all of the beautiful tools on an as-needed basis.  This was a pivotal moment for me.  The leaning in and listening to my heart, my gut, my intuition as a woman and a mama.  Realizing that in order to take better care of myself and my kids, I needed to make some really simple, yet monumental changes in our home.  When the oils began to solve problems that had been long time struggles for me (like ditching chronic headaches, increasing my energy/motivation and soothing my kids ailments), I just wanted to shout this information from the mountain tops!  People!  THERE IS AN OIL FOR THAT!!  To me, it was brand new information.  I actually felt a little bit left out of a really cool inside joke...how did I not know about these powerful little remedies before now??  And, without "selling" to all of my closest friends, I began to authentically share what was happening on a daily basis.  These products were changing how I did life - and also changing the level of care I was taking with my own personal health...helping me to realize that I'm worth it - I deserve to be healthy.  God gave me just one body, and I want to take really excellent care of it.  

The products and the company gave me a really strong belief in what I was about to embark on, but truly, there was something indescribable about the way that I felt drawn to dōTERRA.  I know, for sure, that I was being led towards this company because it was bringing me towards my purpose.  The reason why I do this business is to bring hope and healing to the homes of people.  dōTERRA has given me just that - a way to help people find a healthier version of themselves. To find answers to problems, relief from struggle, support for ongoing issues, and a little bit of light when things seem hopeless & dark.  My purpose in life is to illuminate the darkness with the true light, and helping people with their physical & emotional health has been a beautiful way to do that.  

doTERRA has been the most incredible journey of personal development, growth & friendship.  Never would I have imagined that I would be a multiple 6-figure income earner.  With total time freedom.  The greatest commodity that we have on this planet is not actually wealth, but time.  I now budget my life according to the hours that it will take rather than the dollars that it will cost.  This has allowed me to be a more attentive wife, a present mom and a loyal friend.  It has given me the opportunities to give back in bigger ways and to support the work of incredible people and organizations.  I can see the way that my life is shaping to be what I always thought it would be...and also leading me into some things I never thought I would be doing.
